【Exhibition Process】


1---【Get Application Form】

After confirming the participation, ask for the participation application form from the organizing committee and fill in the mail or fax to the organizing committee;


2---【signing the contract】

The two parties of the organizing committee sign an exhibition contract to determine the location of the booth or the area of the venue;


3---【Payment of fees】

The exhibitor shall pay the booth fee within 3 working days, otherwise the organizer has the right to adjust or cancel its booth;


4---【Preparation for exhibition】

After receiving all the fees, the Organizing Committee will mail the "Exhibitor Manual" to the exhibitors before the start of the exhibition;


Booth allocation principle: apply first, pay first, arrange first.
